Returns + Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide and Internationally.
All packages within Australia are sent express post with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If your details are incorrect we cannot be responsible for loss of any packages local or international.
Australia: AUD$10 / combined/larger items $15
International: AUD$30 MORE THAN ONE ITEM AUD $35.00
Orders will be received in 2 business days VIA express post. Please note that we cannot 100% guarantee next-day delivery, Australia Post is our provider and works extremely hard to get all deliveries to our customers in time, however there can be unavoidable delays. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day, and received the following as per the above conditions
Please allow between 5-10 business days to receive your package. You will receive an email with your tracking number to view the progress.
Please note international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
PLACING AN ORDER:
We accept payment via PAYPAL. Mastercard and Visa card ONLY. Once your order is approved you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
We value customer service and want you to be very happy with your MATIN purchase.
If you live in Australia and would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund. After 7 days of receipt we will not accept returned goods. You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are an international customer and wish to return/exchange, please notify us immediately via the above email and we will assist you.
Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:
• The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks.
• It has been approved through contacting MATIN and you have obtained a return authorization via email@example.com
• It arrives at our office within 7 days of you receiving it in hand
• If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible.
• Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
Customers are responsible for posting goods back to MATIN. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Express satchels within Australia). This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items. MATIN is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels.
Refunds are made less return postage. Please note the original postage charge cannot be refunded.
Where a receipt for postage is provided to return faulty goods, the cost will be refunded ONLY up to the amount of original postage paid (see DELIVERY COSTS at top of page). Any additional payment made by the customer to return faulty goods to MATIN, beyond the original postage charge paid by the customer, will not be refunded.
Refunds are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving them, however please keep in mind they can take up to 10 business days to come through onto your account.
Be advised that if you make a purchase via our e-boutique at any value over $1000, we will contact you prior to dispatch to verify your credit card details and obtain a photocopy and/or scan of a photo ID displaying your full name, as well as a scan of the credit card in use. This is to protect customers against credit card fraud and it is required by law to obtain this information prior to despatch.
